Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.

    Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

    • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

    • Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): Available at checkout for faster delivery.

    • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders over $75.

      Order Tracking

      • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

      • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

        Incorrect Shipping Information

        • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. Lees Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

          Lost or Damaged Packages

          • If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but missing, please contact us at leesb3499@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number so we can assist you.
